Sr Operations Program Manager - Security

What you'll doAs part of the Security Strategy and Delivery team you will work closely with the Senior Leaders and cross-functional teams to transform and scale security strategic and functional operations. You will identify critical operational issues and opportunities, develop solutions and encourage action and results. With your extensive experience in program transformation, you will drive initiatives to enhance our security posture as demonstrated by measurable, data-driven results. Your prior experience operating in global, cross-functional and collaborative environments will provide you with the foundation necessary to be successful in this dynamic, high-impact position. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Security Strategy & Programs.
Responsibility Lead initiatives and work across security teams to inform decisions related to security strategy, annual planning, investment strategy, prioritization, and other ongoing business priorities, enabling insights and decision-making velocity.Oversee the development and administration of the cybersecurity annual operations planning, budget, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization of financial resources.Collaborate with business units and functional councils to ensure cybersecurity considerations are integrated into all digital and technological initiatives.Collaborate with key partners to find opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and alignment with business objectives across security functions and partners.Collaborates with leadership to develop and refine the OKRs aligned to our security and organization strategy.Develop security operating rhythm framework and drive cadence of related cross functional security operating reviews (QBR, Operational reviews) with technology and product teams.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity initiatives and drive continuous improvement.Drive implementation of our security maturity efforts, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable plans to enhance our security posture.Manage vendor relationships, including selection, contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.What you bringBasic Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.8+ years of strategy or program management experience.Experience in managing or leading OKR initiatives and projects.Experience with business partnering and cross-group collaboration.Experience in leading change management initiatives within a cybersecurity context.Experience in developing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for cybersecurity programs and initiatives.Preferred Master's degree.Strong strategic, business and operating intuition, and outstanding project and program management skills and is an inspirational agent of change within the organization.Ability to steward large groups of diverse customers.Proven track record of leading successful cybersecurity initiatives, driving organizational change, and delivering measurable results.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence partners at all levels of the organization.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical team members.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salary. This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits. Global benefits provide options for the following:
