Team Ea, Private Equity (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

A West End based Private Equity firm, going through an exciting period of growth and continued success, is now looking for a resourceful Team EA to support 2 Directors and a small Deal team.
You'll be fully immersed from day one and will become pivotal in their continued success.
What you'll be doing day to day: Extensive diary management, working across an array of time zonesOrganizing client meetings/VCsHandling international travel arrangements, creating itinerariesCoordinating client hospitalityCRM tasks; processing expensesBuilding relationships with the portfolio companies and the internal/external EA network/team3 days in office with 2 WFH daysThe skills you need to bring: Previous Team EA/PA experience gained ideally in the Investment spaceExperience of working in a boutique or start-up advantageousExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skillsEffective client-builder, strong interpersonal skillsAdvanced MS Outlook+ bonus
