Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) is currently seeking a driven and resourceful Client Support Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. This full-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Client Support Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This includes responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to problems as they arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth.

In addition to client support, the ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills in innovation and adaptability. We encourage calculated risk-taking to drive innovation and progress in our working environment, and the Client Support Associate will play a key role in this process.
