We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with experience in manufacturing to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between our production team and customers.
Job Requirements:
1+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing type of environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Pass background and drug screening
Schedule:
M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
