Customer Service Associate R esponsibilities: Maintain existing relationships with customers and clients Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details. Plan and run presentations with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness to customers. Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through on-site visits Execute sales and marketing strategies Support all customer service and other team members Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for customer growth within the territory Product knowledge to offer outstanding customer experience Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
0-2 Years experience in a customer service, customer support, or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, determined, and confident Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Travel is required Candidates with the following skills or experience are encouraged to apply ASAP!
