Position: Regional Owner's Representative Location: Remote/Site Visits within Indiana and Kentucky Salary: $85,000-$110,000 Position Overview: The Regional Owner's Representative will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple affordable housing properties within Indiana and Kentucky. This role requires collaboration with local Property Managers to ensure company objectives and goals are met by conducting quarterly comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulations Additionally, the ROR will serve as the liaison in providing management, support, and oversight of owned properties. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing regulations for all properties in the region Oversee property management teams and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective property operations Review financial statements and reports to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and agencies to promote the properties and attract potential tenants Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans for property improvements and cost-saving measures Conduct regular property inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met Provide training and support to property management teams on LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing regulations Assist with the development of annual budgets and monitor financial performance of properties within the region Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with a focus on affordable housing In-depth knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, property management, multifamily, and affordable housing regulations Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively oversee multiple properties and teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues in a timely manner Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, real estate, or finance Certifications in LIHTC, HUD, or other relevant areas are a plus Benefits Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 Medical, Vision, Dental PTO 401K Match ST/LT Disability Life Insurance Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
