What you'll do:
As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will work across the organization on moderate to complex issues related to the Account Analysis program. You will serve as the subject matter expert in Account Analysis, to include systems processes, procedures, deposit products and services, while providing bank-wide operational support, monitoring, and internal customer assistance. You will ensure that your assigned operational functions are efficiently and accurately performed while maintaining a high-quality customer service and optimal departmental workflow. In addition, you will provide on demand support to Deposit Operations Support as necessary to accomplish the overall bank strategy
What we are looking for:
Complete Account Analysis Workflow requests to include account setup and maintenance, account closing, billing, fee waivers and refunds.
Analyze, research, and resolve Email/CRM requests for account setups, account maintenance, to include general questions, misc. billing requests and fee refunds.
Perform pricing exceptions and waivers including promotional price lists, line-item waivers and exceptions, full waivers, ECR and Interest Rate Exceptions.
Upload of billing files such as API billing, Fiserv Check Print, HR Compliance, DACA, Wells Fargo OTC, ACH EDI, FIS Lockbox, Brinks, Loomis.
Review automated billing files, update processing schedule, and research any missing files or any variance in volume with the appropriate Product Manager/Ops Team.
Manual adjustments for ManagedPay and Finxera - SFTP XAA adjustments
Application of one-time fees from SFTP Log and Complex Implementation Log.
Ensure compliance with established Bank policies, procedures and state and federal regulations.
Participate in a variety of projects to improve the efficiency and automation of the Account Analysis program and Deposit Operations Support.
What you need to have:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in finance preferred.
Six (6) or more years of Financial Services Operations or Deposit Operations experience required.
Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including Account Analysis, deposit operations, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services preferred.
Strong ability to analyze and research account analysis data.
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel strongly preferred.
Ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks.
Experience with FIS, IBS, XAA, FISERV Systems strongly preferred.
