Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, and managing a dynamic team.
The role will focus on maximizing store profitability through effective leadership, operational efficiency, and consistent execution of company policies and standards.
This is a key leadership position in a high-traffic shopping center, requiring an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, merchandising, and replenishment.Ensure the store's appearance meets brand standards, with attention to cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.Lead loss prevention efforts and implement security measures to protect assets.Sales Performance:Achieve and exceed sales goals by developing strategies and initiatives that drive business growth.Analyze store performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.Maximize profitability by controlling costs, managing labor, and reducing shrink.Customer Experience:Cultivate a positive, customer-first environment by training and coaching staff on excellent service.Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.Foster relationships with repeat customers and ensure the staff provides personalized shopping experiences.Team Development:Recruit, hire, and train store associates to ensure they meet performance expectations.Motivate and lead by example, providing coaching and professional development opportunities for staff.Conduct performance reviews and manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.Financial Accountability:Manage store budgets, including payroll, inventory, and expenses to meet financial objectives.Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume retail environment.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.Strong business acumen and ability to analyze and interpret sales data.Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management software.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.What We Offer:
